The harness works great adding intensity to almost any type of workout and especially if you are short of time and space. Superb for walking, planks, and increasing bone density!
I have had an amazing experience with my Bodi Harness. As a professional volleyball player I am often traveling overseas and am unable to bring a weight vest with me. The Bodi harness is the perfect solution as it is light enough to fit in a suitcase, and lets me do strength training exercises at any gym. I usually load it with anywhere between 25-55 lbs. attached. It's very comfortable and effective!
Works great. Easy way to add weight to bodyweight exercises and takes up very little room in your gym bag. Would recommend.

My Bodi harness is great for doing walking lunges in back yard! I need to work on my stability as well as my posture, and I've found that 35lbs is a good start for me. After one length of my yard, I then do a 45 second plank before I lung back.
